Madison Pearson
Madison is an Analyst at our Austin office, where she supports the firm’s municipal advisory work for school districts, cities, and other public-sector clients across Texas. She began her career with the firm as an Intern before joining full-time in January 2025 after earning her BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University in December 2024. She also holds the Series 50 Municipal Advisor Representative designation.

During her internship, Madison gained hands-on experience supporting refunding analysis, capital planning efforts, and data preparation for client presentations. Now, as a full-time Analyst, she applies that foundation daily—bringing strong financial modeling skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and a keen analytical mindset to every engagement.

Her ability to work efficiently with large datasets and communicate actionable insights makes her a reliable partner to both colleagues and clients. Madison contributes to projects involving debt capacity analysis, disclosure filings, and bond structuring strategies, always with a focus on delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality work.
